Aan alle leden van BC Kimbria en ouders/verzorgers van jeugdleden, 

Datum: woensdag  22 juni 2022
Aanvangstijd: 19.30 uur
Sluitingstijd:   21.00 uur
Plaats: Sporthal de Geusselt 

Namens het bestuur van BC Kimbria nodig ik jou uit om de jaarlijkse Algemene Vergadering (AV) van onze vereniging bij te wonen. Deze vergadering vindt online plaats in de Sporthal de Geusselt. Dit betreft de AV voor het seizoen 2021-2022.

In deze vergadering zullen wij wederom uitvoerig stilstaan bij het wel en wee van Kimbria.

Het is zeer noodzakelijk dat er voldoende leden aanwezig zijn omdat serieuze onderwerpen worden besproken. Ouders en verzorgers van jeugdspelers en alle leden boven U16 worden van harte uitgenodigd bij deze vergadering

Afmelden en machtiging
Mocht je onverhoopt niet aanwezig kunnen zijn dan word je vriendelijk verzocht je af te melden via communicatie . Denk in dat geval wel aan de mogelijkheid een ander stemgerechtigd lid van BC Kimbria te machtigen om jou te vertegenwoordigen.

Eventuele vragen
Ook eventuele vragen dienen bij voorkeur al voorafgaand aan de vergadering gesteld te worden via communicatie. Er is tijdens de AV namelijk slechts beperkte tijd om nieuwe vragen te stellen.

On behalf of the board of BC Kimbria, I invite you to attend the annual General Meeting (AV) of our association. This meeting will online take place in the Sporthal de Geusselt. This concerns the AV for the 2021-2022 season.

In this meeting we will once again dwell extensively on the ups and downs of Kimbria. It is very necessary that sufficient members are present as serious topics are discussed. Parents and caregivers of youth players and all members above U16 are cordially invited to this meeting

Any questions should also preferably be asked via communication prior to the meeting. There is only limited time during the GM to ask new questions.
